Job summary

Aplazo is seeking a Product Manager for BNPL Online to own the end‑to‑end roadmap across Integration, Checkout, Widget, and Merchant Data. You will collaborate daily with Engineering, Merchant Success, and Analytics to move merchants through the funnel and remove blockers in the chain.

The role emphasizes adoption and merchant outcomes over shipped features. As an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Merchant Success, you’ll translate feedback into requirements, write precise specs,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally owning a merchant-facing, integration-heavy, or checkout/payments product.
• Comfortable with technical depth—read API docs and discuss integration tradeoffs with engineering.
• SQL proficiency to query and validate product and funnel data directly.
• Strong written communication—specs precise enough to build from and narratives clear for leadership.
• Track record of shipping and measuring adoption, not just delivering features.
• Meets the AI expectations for this role daily—this is expected, not a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).

Responsibilities

• Own the BNPL Online roadmap across Integration, Checkout, Widget, and Merchant Data.
• Translate merchant and KAM feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Write specs precise enough for engineers to build from without a meeting.
• Run the integration and plugin experience like a product, reducing time‑to‑integrate.
