Molex in Guadalajara is seeking a Product Engineer Supervisor to lead the Product Engineering team, overseeing product configuration and technical documentation throughout the lifecycle for Connectivity products. You will coordinate with Manufacturing and Design Centers to ensure quality, compliance, and successful launches.

You will guide engineers, technicians, and interns, and drive changes, NPIs, and traceability, while championing digital transformation across product data management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Configuration Management, or NPIs.
• Experience with ERP (SAP), PLM (Agile preferred), and MES systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Product Engineers, Technicians, and Interns, fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
• Govern product configuration and technical documentation across PLM (Agile), ERP (SAP), and MES systems.
• Drive the execution of engineering changes, NPIs, and traceability requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve performance issues and ensure successful product launches.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives and process improvements in product data management.
