KB Rail Mexico is seeking a Mechanical Product Engineer to own pneumatic valve product lines for railway braking components. You will support DFMEA/PFMEA maintenance, participate in process improvements, and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure designs meet specifications.

The role requires strong CAD, GD&T, and root cause analysis skills, with experience in tooling and quality systems. On-site in Acuna/Coahuila with travel to other sites are expected.

Formación

• Proficient in DFMEA and PFMEA
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and 5's
• Proficient in CAD and 2D drawings

Responsabilidades

• Maintain DFMEA and PFMEA, support audits and problem-solving
• Collaborate with manufacturing to implement changes aligned with product specs
• Perform tolerance stack analysis and GD&T validation of components and assemblies
• Coordinate Product Quality Audits and supplier transitions
