Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking an Engineering 2-3, Product to own engineering responsibility for a product family. You will lead validation, DFMEA updates, drawing approvals, and PPAP processes while collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in engineering (automotive or similar), strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency to support global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience; automotive or similar industry preferred.
• DFMEA/PFMEA experience and PPAP familiarity.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively manage engineering activities for product changes and customer requests.
• Provide technical support to customers, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Collaborate with Design/ Test/ Corporate Engineers to update drawings, validation plans, and product documentation.
• Lead product safety activities and follow up on action items with team members.
• Responsible for supplier PPAP evaluation and approval; DFMEA ownership.
• Develop validation plans for product design changes and coordinate with manufacturing.
