A leading global supplier of telecom solutions seeks a dedicated Product Engineer to join their new startup operations in Mexico. This full-time role involves planning new product introductions, improving product yields, and collaborating with international teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong skills in soldering and failure analysis. Proficiency in English is essential, with Mandarin being a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience in FA (Failure Analysis).
• Experience in reading test logs/boot logs from testing devices.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare for new product introduction into mass production.
• Monitor and improve product yield; conduct root cause analysis.
• Coordinate product ramp‑up activities.
• Manage product transfer tasks between sites.
