Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 5-8 years hands-on engineering/manufacturing experience with high-volume mechanical components.
• 5+ years supplier management and development experience.
• Strong ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T, metrology, and analyze data (SPC/DOE).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills across global suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) with suppliers to ensure successful launches.
• Drive continuous improvements in supplier scalability, cost, and product quality.
• Perform DFM reviews and apply data-driven methods (SPC, DOE) to optimize processes.
