Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or entry‑level product/creative roles.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with creative tools is a plus but not required.
• Experience with asset management systems is a plus.

• Assist in the preparation of product approval presentations and documentation.
• Support the routing of materials through internal systems following defined instructions.
• Track submission status and flag delays or missing information to the team.
• Organize files, samples, and reference materials.
• Maintain trackers, calendars, and basic reports for the product development team.
