Caterpillar Inc. seeks a senior leader to head the North America Procurement Contracting Center of Excellence, overseeing contract execution, compliance, systems, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Procurement, Business Units, Category Management, Suppliers, Legal and other functions to standardize processes and mitigate risk.

The role emphasizes improving service quality, managing governance, and driving stakeholder satisfaction across regions and functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• English Advanced.
• Expertise in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, contracting, shared services, or procurement operations.
• Expertise leading teams, operations, and improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor metrics, drive continuous improvement, standardize work and mitigate risk.
• Improve compliance, PO management related to contracting requests and cycle times.
• Align procurement processes and priorities across the organization.
• Lead operational execution, transactions, systems, data, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Build relationships with procurement, business, legal, contracting and partners.
