Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manager Procurement Operations to lead the North America Contracting Center of Excellence in Monterrey. You will oversee contract execution, PO management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, collaborating with Legal, Suppliers, and Business Units to standardize processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Advanced English, and extensive procurement operations leadership experience to drive metrics and governance across the region.
