Responsibilities

• Provides complex-level procurement support using subject matter expertise and knowledge of multiple technologies.
• Risk mitigation and quality assurance for internal Purchase Orders (Procure360).
• Processing of Purchase Requisition Validation and Procure Order Finalization.
• Support HP Internal customers through the purchase experience for Non-Catalog orders.
• Ensure alignment with Global Indirect Procurement Category managers and process leads.
• Collaborate with other GIP teams on problem solving.
• Lead and collaborate on process improvement projects.
• Monitor programs, delivery solutions, KPIs, and process oriented tasks; identify issues and propose solutions.

The role leads the implementation of supplier development plans, maximizing purchasing leverage and enhancing supplier performance.
