Honeywell in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer to lead strategic procurement and purchasing activities. You will manage supplier relationships, oversee cost control and budget management, and drive process improvements on a hybrid work schedule.

You will work with SAP, BRP900, PowerBI and AI tools to optimize procurement strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering value across the supply chain.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in procurement and project management.
• Proven track record in managing complex procurement projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection.
• Guide a team of procurement professionals to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms.
• Monitor costs, seek cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders for a reliable supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, maintain records.
• Establish and enforce quality standards in procurement processes.
• Manage the procurement budget and utilize analytics to enhance processes.
