Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Strategic Specialist to drive Procurement Transformation and Operational Excellence across the global Procurement organization. You will standardize processes, deploy scalable solutions, and establish robust management operating systems.

In this global scope, you will drive end-to-end procurement transformation, performance governance and MOS KPI frameworks, partnering with functions to remove bottlenecks and accelerate value realization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Material Planning, Operations, or Business Transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex business improvement initiatives.
• Strong SAP experience with planning, procurement, and material management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Procurement Transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, operational excellence, and performance improvement.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement projects across Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Planning, and Procurement Operations.
• Develop and govern the Procurement Management Operating System (MOS), including KPI frameworks, dashboards, operating reviews, and performance governance.
• Drive process simplification, harmonization, and best practice adoption across the global Procurement organization.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve process bottlenecks and improve operational execution.
• Leverage SAP and digital technologies to enhance planning, procurement, and operational processes.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Validate and track business benefits, including productivity improvements, process efficiencies, cost savings, and operational performance gains.
• Lead cross-functional teams and strategic projects to support business transformation objectives.

In this role, you will drive process standardization, transformation, continuous improvement, and performance management across Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Planning, and Procurement Operations.

You will partner with global Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Operations, and IT leaders to improve end-to-end processes, deploy scalable solutions, establish robust management operating systems, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong combination of procurement expertise, SAP knowledge, operational excellence capabilities, and change leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Material Planning, Operations, or Business Transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex business improvement initiatives.
• Strong SAP experience with planning, procurement, and material management processes.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, process transformation, and organizational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

WE VALUE

• Experience within Automotive, Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of Material Planning, Procurement Operations, and End-to-End Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP planning and processing transaction codes.
• Experience establishing Management Operating Systems (MOS), KPI governance, and performance management frameworks.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent Operational Excellence certification.
• PMP or other Project Management certification.
• Experience with digital transformation, process automation, analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption in a global matrix organization.
