Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to join our team in a role focused on end-to-end procurement activities, supplier partnerships, and cost optimization. The candidate will manage RFPs, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services in a highly regulated aerospace context.

The ideal candidate should have a university degree and up to 2 years of related experience, with strong English communication and ERP system experience.

Formación

• University degree in a related field with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems in a procurement environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement processes, including RFP management, negotiation prep, and cost analysis.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Manage purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services with policy compliance.
• Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
• Build and manage supplier relationships within a commodity to meet needs and performance expectations.
• Oversee schedules and purchase orders for assigned commodities, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
