Johnson Controls in Durango, Mexico, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support category managers and buyers. You will streamline processes, drive automation, and perform analyses while learning the commodity and progressing within the organization.

The role is entry-level suitable for recent graduates, with emphasis on RFQ basics, data skills, and English communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background preferred to read drawings and understand sub-categories.
• Experience in procurement is a plus and RFQ knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong MS software skills, especially advanced Excel, are expected.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean/Quality tools to reduce waste.

Responsabilidades

• Enable Category Managers and PBU Buyers with effective category strategy execution.
• Streamline procurement processes and drive automation initiatives.
• Perform meaningful data analyses and maintain supplier-related data.
• Support CLM activities using Ariba to manage contracts and continuity plans.
