Johnson Controls in Durango, Mexico, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support category managers and buyers. You will streamline processes, drive automation, and perform analyses while learning the commodity and progressing within the organization.

The role is entry-level suitable for recent graduates, with emphasis on RFQ basics, data skills, and English communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background preferred to read drawings and understand sub-categories.
• Experience in procurement is a plus and RFQ knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong MS software skills, especially advanced Excel, are expected.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean/Quality tools to reduce waste.

This role is a create opportunity for recent graduates/entry level into Procurement. **How will you do it?*** Support Market Intelligence activities and Economics measurements* Support Supplier scorecard improvements* Support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities by leveraging Ariba to upload and keep contracts up to date.* Support Business Continuity Plans (BCP) by deploying actions such as Financial Assessments, Sustainability Surveys, ensuring contracts are executed, among others.* Build and maintain a Master Supplier Contact lists for all of GP Procurement.* Other procurement duties as assigned. **What are we looking for?**Required:* Bachelor’s degree in related field.
