Donaldson is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support operational inventory and logistics analysis with Oracle ERP expertise. The role involves identifying discrepancies, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring FIFO rotation while managing slow-moving or obsolete items.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration and 3+ years of Inventory Analyst experience, with strong KPI and Excel/Power BI skills.

We are looking for a Inventory Analyst with experience who support operational inventory, and logistics analysis through Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed inventory analysis to identify discrepancies.
• optimize inventory levels
• ensure inventory rotation through the FIFO system
• manage slow-moving materials or items at risk of obsolescence.
• Inventory Movements and Reconciliation
• Experience with Oracle ERP (preferred) and inventory cycle counting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Engineering/Administration
• 3+ Year Experience as an Inventory Analyst
• Experience in: Analysis of KPIs and operational metrics
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms).
• Data management and analysis using tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, and analytics platforms.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
