Donaldson in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support operational inventory and logistics analysis via Oracle ERP. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and data-driven decision making within a manufacturing context.

The candidate will analyze KPIs, perform cycle counts, and collaborate on ERP system optimization (SAP/Oracle) to improve stock availability, rotate inventory using FIFO, and reduce obsolescence risks across multiple warehouses.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as an Inventory Analyst.
• <br/>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (preferred) and inventory cycle counting.

We are looking for a Inventory Analyst with experience who support operational inventory, and logistics analysis through Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed inventory analysis to identify discrepancies.
• optimize inventory levels
• ensure inventory rotation through the FIFO system
• manage slow-moving materials or items at risk of obsolescence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP (preferred) and inventory cycle counting.
• Bachelor's degree: Engineering/Administration
• 3+ Year Experience as an Inventory Analyst

Experience In

• Analysis of KPIs and operational metrics
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms).
• Data management and analysis using tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, and analytics platforms.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
