Sensata seeks a Process Technician in Mexico to support engineers in improving manufacturing processes. You will help reduce cycle times, control costs, and enhance quality and safety across production lines.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, aiding in equipment qualification, and preparing performance reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong organization and time management skills to achieve results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Create process documentation including work instructions and route sheets for samples.
• Assist on advanced quality planning documentation as needed.
• Assist in the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepare reports using metrics from monitoring data and trends.
• Support analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Assist in improvement projects.
• Participate in product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

General Responsibilities

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends, and other reports
• Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Assists in improvement projects.
• Participates on product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.

Experience / Qualifications

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs ("Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel")
