Forvia in Silao, Mexico is seeking a Process Specialist to oversee maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of technicians. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, procurement of equipment, and safety controls while aligning with environmental and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within a dynamic automotive environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of Quality Systems and training in Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and C-TPAT management systems.
• Experience in procurement and maintenance of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Ability to manage technical specifications for equipment installation, preventive maintenance, operation, repair, and commissioning.
• Experience with Production System Efficiency and Quality System improvement actions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and C-TPAT management systems related to maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all manufacturing equipment.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
• Define and monitor quality, cost, and delivery objectives for contractors and service providers.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate procurement of new equipment to meet manufacturing and safety requirements.
