Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead process optimization initiatives in electronics manufacturing, drive Lean/Six Sigma programs, and build a high-performing engineering team to improve productivity and quality.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Production, Quality, and NPI teams, implement new technologies, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and customer requirements while delivering performance-based results and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCA, and process optimization.
• Experience with SMT and PCB assembly is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team in support of production and NPI activities.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.

• Analyze process data and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to achieve business objectives.
• Support implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to yield, efficiency, scrap reduction, and cycle time.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent to build a strong team.

We're Hiring: Process Engineering Manager Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in electronics manufacturing? We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to lead process optimization initiatives, improve manufacturing performance, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team in support of production and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Analyze process data and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to achieve business objectives.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to yield, efficiency, scrap reduction, and cycle time.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent to build a strong and capable team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience with SMT, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced English communication skills preferred.
