Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence in electronics.

You will develop, implement, and improve processes to boost efficiency, quality and productivity while collaborating with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. The role emphasizes Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools; NPI participation, creating work instructions and flowcharts; and a proactive, results-driven mindset in a

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly, and PCB manufacturing (desirable).
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades
