HARMAN International in Mexico is seeking an experienced Process Engineer specialized in soldering to manage new launches, line transfers, and capacity increases. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, document processes, and monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency and sustainability across manufacturing operations.

Strong project management, risk analysis, and English proficiency are required, with a background in industrial/electronic engineering.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in one of the specified engineering fields with 5 years of experience in manufacturing as Process Engineer Soldering.
• Advanced English reading and writing for fluid presentations.
• Experience in Project Management (New Launches, Transfer of Lines, Increase Capacity, Process Improvements).
• Risk Analysis oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for management of new launches, transfer of lines, increase capacity, and layout improvements.
• Develop improvement ideas to optimize processes, increase capacity and reduce costs through continuous improvement.
• Deploy innovative strategies via Harman Production System philosophy.
• Track equipment and manage facilities installation requisitions.
• Record equipment release documentation according to client requirements.
• Lead new projects with detailed planning and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs focusing on continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Train production personnel and support manufacturing areas.
• Pursue continuous training and knowledge growth.
• Update process documentation.

About the Role

Responsible for the management of new launches, transfer of lines, increase capacity, and layout improvements. Improvement ideas development to get process optimization, increase capacity and cost reduction through continuous improvement. Innovative strategies deployment by applying the Harman Production System philosophy.
