Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, North Campus, is seeking a Process Engineer (Metal Stamping) to lead continuous improvement in stamping, die qualification, and new product transfers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive process control methods and cost-reduction efforts while ensuring quality targets.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree, stamping experience, metrology knowledge, and PLC/Fanuc programming skills, with English proficiency and NPI experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in metal-mechanical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of metrology and stamping processes.
• PLC programming and Fanuc robot programming experience.
• Knowledge of automation sensors.
• Experience with progressive and transfer dies; PPAP a plus.
• English proficiency; NPI or transfer die qualification preferred.
• Green/Yellow Belt a plus; SolidWorks proficient.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in daily NPI and Mass Production activities.
• Support ECO implementations and process changes.
• Develop and own process control methodologies.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and drive improvements.
• Apply MSAs and statistics to new and existing products.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Interface with production for transfer of new processes.
• Lead cost-reduction and training initiatives.
