You will develop, implement, and improve processes to boost efficiency, quality and productivity while collaborating with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly, and PCB manufacturing (desirable).
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Create and update work instructions, flowcharts, and process documentation.
• Implement cost-reduction and cycle-time optimization projects.
• Provide technical support to production lines and resolve process-related issues.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
