Vibracoustic de México S.A. de C.V. seeks a seasoned engineer to define and maintain production standards within automotive manufacturing. You will work on process methods, SOPs and control plans to ensure consistent quality and delivery.

The role emphasizes lean production, 4M/2M analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve safety and reliability. Strong knowledge of process engineering and automation is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in chemical, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• 4+ years in manufacturing processes in automotive environments.
• Knowledge of lean production, process maps, and core tools such as IATF 16949.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes production standard methods per process flow diagram and control plan.
• Supports training processes to achieve the training schedule according to the established standard.
• Develops and maintains SOPs, procedures, and forms to establish production standards.
• Assists the production department to solve process issues affecting safety, quality, delivery and cost by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.

Responsibilities

Established the production standard methods for current process according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main). Supports the training processes to achieve the training shedule according to the established standard. Develops and maintains updated the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.). Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.

Qualifications

Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar. At least 4 years of experience in the area of Manufacturing Processes in automotive industrial, Knowledge in manufacturing process principles (assembly or plastic mixing or MCU or curing desirable). Assembly and automated station processes, PLC programming, Robots or Cobots. Specialized Knowledge Process engineering process map, Lean methodology production processes. Manufacturing Processes (process design, specification book and process release). IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and GD&T drawing interpretation, basic knowledge in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001.
