Freudenberg is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to maintain the production schedule, manage the department budget, and drive cost-reduction initiatives in a high-demand automotive production environment. The role emphasizes documentation for quality and production control and achieving KPIs to enhance P&L performance.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in a production area in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of development, implementation and maintenance methods.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations local and federal.
• Knowledge in planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 45001.
• Advanced English.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years experience in a production area in automotive industry Knowledge in development, implementation and maintenance methods. Knowledge in planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities, brigade, ISO 50001, IATF !6949, ISO 45001 English Advanced.
