Freudenberg is seeking a seasoned production professional to ensure on-time deliveries by enforcing the production schedule and managing the department budget. The role leads cost-reduction initiatives within production and ensures documentation for quality control is current, including Manufacturing Engineering.

The incumbent will develop and monitor KPIs to improve P&L performance. Candidates should hold a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years in

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a production area in automotive industry.

Qualifications

Knowledge in safety and environment local and federal regulations. Knowledge in planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities, brigade, ISO 50001, IATF !6949, ISO 45001 English Advanced.
