Rheem Manufacturing Company in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Process Continuous Improvement lead to drive Lean initiatives, improve productivity and quality, and optimize flow across plants. You will lead KPI-driven decisions and work with cross-functional teams ensuring ISO 9001 standards are met.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems, with willingness to travel and develop new processes, equipment, and cost-saving measures while maintaining

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to boost productivity, quality, flow, and cost.
• Communicate KPI performance to shop floor personnel.
• Optimize material and labor flow, cycle times, and transport with safety standards.
• Develop and implement new processes, equipment, and cost-focused improvements.
• Manage quality documentation, CARs/SCARs, deviations.
• Drive non-conformance root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain ERP data including part master records and routings.
• Train and document manufacturing and quality procedures.

Manufacturing process continuous improvement, continually challenging the results obtained on KPIs.

Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, quality, flow, and cost.

Strong communication of the performance of KPIs with the personnel involved at the manufacturing processes.

Optimization of flow material, personnel, cycle times, transport, covering the safety standard established in the plant.

Development and implementation of new processes, equipment, and products; focused on optimizing costs and resources.

Projects implementation and use of tools and methodologies focused on continuous improvement while ensuring its compliance with ISO 9001 quality system requirements.

Manage quality documentation, audits, corrective actions (CARs/SCARs), and process deviations.

Develop, train, and control manufacturing and quality procedures.

Support process quality through gauges, critical operation certification, and operator training.

Document and keep up to date manufacturing processes, maintain matrix and provide required trainings.

Drive non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Maintain ERP (Oracle) data, including part master records, routings, and deviation control systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

Foreign language: Advanced English (Conversational and written).

Availability to travel.

PREFERENT/OPTIONAL:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering.

Six Sigma and statistical knowledge.

PFMEA.

Lean Manufacturing, KANBAN, JITS and Poka-Yoke knowledge.
