Ford México in Hermosillo, Sonora, is seeking a Process Control Engineer (PCE) to lead hourly production teams in the Final Assembly area. You will drive safe shift start-up and shutdown, train personnel for versatility, and manage scheduling and PeopleSoft administration.

Formación

• Experience leading hourly/production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving background using structured methodologies (Six Sigma, DMAIC).
• Ability to manage personnel scheduling and basic HR system administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily shift start-up and shutdown for safety and efficiency.
• Coach hourly production personnel and manage vacation/absenteeism scheduling.
• Perform basic Peoplesoft administration (vacations, absences, overtime, shifts).
• Support line rebalancing and changes smoothly.
• Participate in engineering trials and support new process launches.
• Train team leaders on programs and platforms.
• Apply Six Sigma tools to solve problems; contribute to DMAIC projects.
• Track scrap priorities and address top line constraints.
• Ensure 5S compliance and workplace organization.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Tooling, Dimensional, Quality and Cost teams.
