Qualifications

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing within Mexico's private healthcare sector.
• Hands-on commercial field experience in high specialty therapies (KAM or Medical Representative).
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence across matrixed teams.
• University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences or related analytical field.
• Advanced English and Spanish with strong cross-border communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically about once per month to major hubs (Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of private market brand plans to achieve adoption, reach, and growth milestones.
• Partner closely with field teams to ensure tactical execution and actionable market insights.
