Empresaconfidencial, a leading global pharmaceutical company, seeks a Medical Manager to drive medical strategy, gather insights, and serve as the scientific partner to external stakeholders. You will collaborate with local and regional teams to support launch readiness and lifecycle management of innovative therapies.

The ideal candidate holds an MD, has Medical Affairs experience (MDM/Senior MSL or similar), and demonstrates leadership across cross-functional groups.

Formación

• MD mandatory.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, preferably as Medical Manager/Senior MSL or similar.
• Cardiometabolic and CNS product lines experience.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with KOLs and physicians.
• Experience designing and monitoring Medical Affairs strategies.
• Leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience contributing to product launches and launch readiness.
• Familiarity with clinical research, RWE or investigator-initiated studies a plus.
• Excellent scientific communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel throughout Mexico.

A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Manager who is passionate about scientific exchange, building trusting relationships with KOLs, and supporting the successful launch and lifecycle management of innovative therapies.

As a Medical Manager, you will play a key role in executing the medical strategy, generating valuable field insights, and serving as the scientific partner for external stakeholders while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at both the local and regional levels.

What we're looking for:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree – mandatory.
• Previous experience in Medical Affairs, preferably as a Medical Manager, Senior MSL, or in a similar strategic medical role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid experience managing Cardiometabolic and CNS product lines, with a strong understanding of their scientific and therapeutic landscape.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture strategic scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring Medical Affairs strategies aligned with business priorities and patient needs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration across Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and other key areas.
• Experience contributing to product launches, medical launch strategies, and launch readiness initiatives.
• Familiarity with clinical research, Real-World Evidence (RWE), evidence generation, or investigator-initiated studies will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness and availability to travel throughout Mexico.
