HH Global Group in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Artworker to support the development, adaptation, and delivery of high-quality marketing assets for print and retail use. You will ensure brand consistency, pre-press readiness, and tight collaboration with production and creative teams.

The role requires 5+ years in an Artworker/Production Artist position, a Graphic Design degree, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in an Artworker, Production Artist/Designer, or Graphic Production role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English level for written and verbal communication is desired.
• Strong experience preparing artwork for commercial print production.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork and production workflows.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, pre-press requirements, Color management (CMYK, spot colors, Pantones) and of proofing and file preparation.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing artwork is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Produce print-ready artwork for print and marketing materials.
• Adapt and version existing creative assets across formats, sizes, languages, and regional specifications.
• Prepare final artwork files for print production with correct setup, color management, image resolution, bleeding, trapping, and other pre-press requirements.
• Work closely with Production Manager and creative teams, and external suppliers to deliver projects on schedule.
• Ensure all artwork complies with client brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Conduct final quality control checks to identify and resolve artwork issues before production.
• Support development of retail marketing materials, point-of-sale collateral, packaging, catalogs, and more.
• Experience with image retouching and manipulation.
• Manage and maintain organized project files, templates, and client asset libraries.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors and project managers to implement revisions efficiently.
• Troubleshoot production and artwork challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Stay informed about print production standards, processes, and industry best practices.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing activities within the team when required.
