WPP Production is looking for a Production Artist to translate creative layouts into production‑ready files for print, digital, and multimedia deliverables. You will ensure assets meet brand guidelines and specs, manage versioning, and collaborate with designers and vendors to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in an ad‑agency or in‑house environment and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a Production Artist in an advertising agency, in‑house creative department, or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects a plus).
• Familiarity with preparing assets for both print and digital, including knowledge of pre‑press, colour management, and digital ad specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Translate creative layouts into precise, production‑ready files for print, digital, and multimedia deliverables.
• Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specs, and quality standards.
• Manage versioning and resizing of creative assets across platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, project managers, and vendors to troubleshoot production issues.
• Pre‑flight and package print files, ensuring accuracy in color, typography, image resolution, and mechanicals.
• Prepare and optimise assets for web, social, and digital media campaigns.
• Maintain organised file management systems and version control.
• Support creative team with retouching, photo manipulation, and light design tasks as needed.
