Empresa Confidencial in Mexico is seeking a Print Production Designer to create production-ready artwork, ensure brand consistency, and manage a range of print deliverables for marketing and retail assets.

You will adapt assets across formats, sizes, languages, and regional specs, coordinating with the Production Manager and external suppliers to meet deadlines, while ensuring accurate color management, pre-press requirements, and quality control before press.

Formación

• 5+ years in Artworker/Production Designer or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English level preferred for communication.
• Proven experience preparing artwork for commercial print production.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork and production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes, color management, and pre-press.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).

Responsabilidades

• Produce print and media-ready artwork meeting brand and production requirements.
• Adapt assets for multiple formats, sizes, languages, and regional specs.
• Prepare final artwork files for print production with correct setup and color management.
• Collaborate with Production Manager, creative team, and external suppliers to deliver on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with client brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Conduct final quality control to resolve artwork issues before production.
• Support development of retail marketing materials and packaging.
• Manage project files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Troubleshoot production and artwork challenges and propose solutions.
• Stay informed about print production standards and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communications
