Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Artwork Process Specialist in Mexico City to manage end-to-end routing, approval, and prepress validation of packaging artwork on Colgate’s global platform.

You will consolidate cross-functional feedback, align change requests, and act as the technical bridge between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with print standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year experience in artwork tracking, project management, or artwork production.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience managing project timelines and communicating feedback to stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsabilidades

• Global Artwork Routing & Approval: end-to-end routing and approval workflows to hit on-time milestones.
• Quality Assurance & Verification: review artwork against guidelines and reference files for accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Feedback Consolidation: synthesize feedback from Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, and Packaging.
• Change Alignment & Issue Escalation: coordinate changes across partners and escalate risks when needed.
• Lifecycle & Risk Management: monitor timelines and progress, identify delays, drive resolution.
• Prepress Validation & System Support: validate prepress files and provide platform guidance to users.
