AspenTech, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Principal Software Developer in our AI R&D team to mentor peers, solve complex problems, and guide project priorities from start to finish.

You will partner with Software Development, Data Science, and Product Management to design and deploy AI capabilities, including LLM applications and agentic systems, ensuring scalability, security, and measurable value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Experience shipping AI powered products in production.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, C#, or C++.

Responsabilidades

• Design, architect, and deliver next generation AI products.
• Lead AI powered product capabilities from concept to production.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
