Own Company is seeking a Principal Agentic Data Systems Engineer in Mexico City. The role blends data engineering with advanced AI agent orchestration to create a high-performing digital workforce.

You will lead the design of autonomous data pipelines and agent fleets, enabling scalable data products through HITL supervision. You will oversee cross-functional workflows, governance, and secure data access to Snowflake, Salesforce, and AWS.

Formación

• 7+ years in data engineering, architecture, or data science.
• Senior experience with Python and SQL.
• Operational leverage using AI to accelerate output.
• Ability to function as a Domain Data Officer with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical judgment to catch issues in agentic outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomous scaling with 10+ agents for ETL, synthetic data, QA, and modeling.
• Design multi-step reasoning and verification for autonomous outputs.
• Transform high-level requirements into production data products without mid-level PM.
• Governance as code for data pipelines and agent development.
• Develop MCP servers for secure data access to Snowflake, Salesforce, AWS.
