EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Senior nAI Engineer to own end-to-end GenAI-powered applications, spanning backend services, LLM integration, and platform operations for production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with AI/DS, Product, and DevOps teams to optimize latency, observability, and cost, while scaling the AI SDLC with agentic workflows on Azure in distributed systems.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering with backend systems.
• Strong Python backend development skills.
• Production-grade GenAI/LLM applications delivery experience with OpenAI or similar.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and orchestration techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Azure.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Craft, build, launch, and support backend services for GenAI apps.
• Link and administer LLM APIs in enterprise settings.
• Build APIs, orchestration layers, and microservices for agentic AI workflows.
• Tune LLM latency, resiliency, retries, fallbacks, and costs.
• Configure CI/CD, observability, and log pipelines for AI services.
• Collaborate with AI/DS, Product, DevOps, and platform teams.
