Solera Holdings, LLC. seeks a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, build, and operation of AI harnesses and agent delivery swarms that accelerate how software ships.

You will architect frameworks, guardrails, and orchestration to safely delegate work to AI agents at scale, spanning greenfield and modernization efforts, while collaborating with central architecture teams to keep security and reliability high.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience at principal/staff+ level.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep, current expertise building with AI development agents and agentic tooling.
• Elite hands-on engineering skills across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong architecture and system design skills with ownership of decisions.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD and safe delivery practices.
• Experience with platform/shared-services approaches and data lake capabilities.
• Proven ability to act as a force multiplier mentoring engineers.
• Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills.
• Rapid-experimentation mindset, translating emerging models/tools into production practice.

Responsabilidades

• Build, own, and improve the AI harness, including frameworks, prompts, context pipelines, guardrails, and evaluation systems.
• Design and operate agent delivery swarms to execute complex tasks in parallel with safety and quality controls.
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of AI-native delivery practices across teams.
• Set technical direction and best practices for AI-enabled software delivery across multiple teams.
• Own architecture and design for AI-driven delivery systems in collaboration with central teams.
• Establish evaluation, observability, and quality gates for AI-produced code.
• Integrate AI capabilities with CI/CD pipelines for canary, blue/green, and phased rollouts.
• Leverage enterprise data lake and platform services to ground agents in real context.
• Drive greenfield and modernization initiatives through AI acceleration and risk reduction.
