• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering at principal/staff level.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Deep expertise building AI development agents and orchestration.
• Elite hands-on engineering across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong architecture decisions and collaboration with central teams.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD and safe delivery practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build, own, and improve AI harnesses, prompts, and guardrails.
• Design and operate multi-agent swarms for complex tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers in AI tooling and orchestration.
• Set patterns for AI-native software delivery and adoption.
• Own architecture for AI delivery systems with central teams.
• Ensure code quality, security, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Integrate AI capabilities with CI/CD pipelines for automated releases.
• Leverage data lake and platform services to ground agents in context.
• Drive greenfield and modernization work with AI acceleration.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and bring proven approaches to production.
