The role ships enterprise-grade AI features in close collaboration with product leadership, and emphasizes reusable fixes, technical leadership, and a strong ownership mindset. Fully remote with global collaboration.

Formación

• AI-DNA mindset: build AI-powered end-to-end workflows.

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering, senior IC/lead.

• Technical leadership & complex decisions: lead engineers and set standards.
• Enterprise-grade software: ship robust, secure systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build the system that lets AI own work end-to-end, with context, rules, and guardrails.
• Direct and improve a fleet of agents, ensure quality, and fix root causes.
• Deliver enterprise-grade AI features in tight loops with product leadership.
• Share fixes as reusable rules and context to raise team capability.
• Lead a senior team of engineers, review approaches and enforce quality.
