Job summary

KEMET de México, part of the YAGEO Group, seeks a Pricing Specialist for on-site work in Monterrey. You will manage RFQ processes, update contract pricing in ERP, and support Sales with pricing insights while coordinating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business, 1+ year in Sales Operations or Customer Care, and strong Excel/Power BI skills, with advanced English proficiency to communicate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Process annual and quarterly RFQ packages for global customers.
• Upload and maintain contract pricing in the ERP system.

• Maintain volume price agreements in the system.
• Process backlog change requests.
• Support Sales and Product Managers with pricing reports and special projects.
• Provide pricing information to support face-to-face negotiations.
• Collaborate on integration projects to improve cross-functional processes.

As a Pricing Specialist you will be responsible for processing worldwide RFQ packages (including annual and quarterly quotations) and maintaining contract price records within the ERP system. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales and Product Managers to ensure timely and accurate pricing for customers and will work cross‑functionally with other departments to streamline processes and contribute to integration projects. This is a full‑time, 100% on‑site position located at our offices in Monterrey, NL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems and in Sales Operations.
• 1+ year Customer Care or Sales experience.
