International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant to support the lead teacher in delivering a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children in Atizapán de Zaragoza, Mexico. You will contribute to early development by assisting educational activities and promoting social and emotional growth while ensuring well-being and safety.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related field with official certification (Título).
  • Advanced level of English required.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activities.
  • Assist in delivering age-appropriate lessons and learning experiences.
  • Help manage classroom behavior in a positive and supportive manner.
  • Provide individual and small group support to students as needed.
  • Supervise students during class, transitions, recess, and other school activities.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and displays.
  • Monitor students’ well-being and report any concerns to the lead teacher.
  • Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student development and school initiatives.

The Kindergarten Teaching Assistant supports the lead teacher in delivering a safe,nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. This role contributes to students’ early development by assisting in educational activities, promoting social and emotional growth, and ensuring the well‑being and safety of all students.

Qualifications

  • Degree must be completed with official certification (Título).

Experience
  • Previous experience working with young children in a school setting is desirable.
  • Experience supporting classroom activities or early childhood education is a plus.
