Shining 3D is seeking a Technical Support specialist in Mexico to deliver comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support for dental products, including installation, training and debugging. The role requires fluency in Japanese and English, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities include training clients on new solutions, creating technical documents, and assisting R&D and QA with feedback for product improvements.

Formación

• Dental-related major or industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of dental equipment hardware/software to provide service support.
• Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
• No work experience required; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including demonstrations, installation, training, debugging, and maintenance.
• Train clients on newly launched application solutions and product functions.
• Create application cases, technical documents, and training materials.
• Assist R&D, business, and QA by reporting issues and promoting product optimization.
• Support on-site activities such as exhibitions, and explain product performance to business systems.
• Monitor and collect information on clients and competitors, and propose product improvements.

• Technical Support
  1.Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support services, including but not limited to pre-sales demonstrations, product installation and debugging, equipment usage training, after-sales problem solving, and equipment maintenance;
  2.Responsible for training clients on newly launched application solutions and product functions;
  3.Create application cases, technical documents, training materials, etc.;
• Assisting R&D, Business, and Quality
  1.Record and maintain after-sales data, organize and analyze it, and promptly report product technical issues to direct supervisors and the R&D department, follow up on problem-solving progress, and promote continuous product optimization;
  2.Assist R&D in testing new product software and hardware and new materials, and provide feedback on improvement suggestions;
  3.Support on-site activities such as exhibitions and competitions, and explain and illustrate product performance to business systems;
  4.Monitor and collect information on clients and competitors in the market, and establish an internal information feedback mechanism;
  5.Based on customer feedback, propose reasonable improvement suggestions and opinions for products.

Job Requirements

• Dental‑related major or industry experience; basic computer hardware/software knowledge.
• Knowledge of equipment hardware/software to provide service support for dental products.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
• No work experience required; good communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Proactive, responsible, analytical, quick learner, team player.
