The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or unfinished study in manufacturing/engineering, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and strong English skills. Six Sigma is desirable, and MINITAB experience is beneficial for process improvement.

• Time study in production processes.
• Proficient English skills (70%+).
• MINITAB desirable; Six Sigma certification desirable.
