Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Mexicali, Baja California, seeks a Manufacturing Technician to document processes, balance timing, and design fixtures and tools for production.

The role analyzes production flow, implements corrective actions, and drives efficiency improvements. A Bachelor’s in engineering (or unfinished degree) and 1+ year in manufacturing are expected; MINITAB knowledge and strong English are desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or unfinished career in manufacturing/electronic/mechanical engineering.
• 1+ years' experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferable.

• Elaboration of Instructions and work.

• Production flow analysis and corrective action execution responsible.
• Mechanical design of fixtures and tools.

SKILLS

• Knowledge of time taking in production processes.
• Knowledge of English (> 70%).
• MINITAB Desirable

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Electronics Industry Preferable
• Six Sigma Certification preferable
• 1+ years' experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred.
