Job summary

Eaton in Mexico seeks a Pre-Sales Application Specialist to act as a technical resource for D-IT’s channel partners and end users. You will provide product specifications and troubleshoot applications for power quality, racks, cooling, and connectivity products via chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities include presales support, lead qualification, Salesforce data entry, and routing requests. A Bachelor degree and 2 years of technical marketing or sales experience are preferred, with strong

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
Minimum 2 years in technical marketing or sales preferred.
Call center experience and Salesforce/CRM experience preferred.
Knowledge of IT market and power protection/backup power.
Strong Excel/Office suite skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Presales phone, chat, and email support for customers.
Lead qualification and data entry into Salesforce.
Identify customer requirements and provide BOMs per expectations.
Be a technical resource for Eaton D-IT products including power quality, racks, cooling, and cables.
Collaborate with internal/external customers in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain broad knowledge of products to route leads appropriately.
Be a team player contributing to group success.
Follow up on leads pipeline.
