Eaton Group in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a technically skilled support specialist to advise on Electrical, Electronics and Automation products, assist with product selection, troubleshooting, and training for field engineers and sales staff. You will help identify new customers while strengthening relations with end users, distributors, and OEMs, contributing to tailored solutions.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales, good communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Experience in electrical specification or engineering design is desirable.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build effective business relationships with external customers.
• Obtain, keep, and maintain customers’ contact information (Purchasing, Engineering, MRO, etc).
• Provide training to customers, distributors, resellers, and end users.
• Specify Bussmann Solutions for the MRO and OEM segments.
• Provide support to external and internal customers to solve any issue related with technical support.
• Support Bussmann FAEs (Field Application Engineers) during visits to engineering firms, contractors, OEMs, EPCs, housing developers, MROs, and third‑party construction companies (offices, schools, malls, hospitals, etc.)
• Work on technical specification with engineering firms, contractors, OEM´s, EPC´s, home constructors, MRO´s, government, and third‑party construction companies (offices, schools, malls, hospitals, etc.).
• Supply all the requirements to get the job done (samples, catalogs, POP materials, data sheets, concept catalogs, etc.).
• Get Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to contribute to the roadmap process.
• Report out all the competitor’s initiative to support business/market intelligence.
• Develop projects with end users and key distributors and update records in CRM System (SalesForce).
• Self‑motivated to achieve sales goals and targets on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Report out demand information from end customers for forecast accuracy purposes.
• Use the information and digital tools provided to stablish the strategy for business reviews with customers.
• Develop and train sales specialists at main/key distributors.
• Continue follow up of projects from distributors and end users.
• Support the assigned accounts and develop relationships with new accounts, (resale, end user, etc.)
