Omni Hotels & Resorts is opening Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita, a luxury property scheduled to debut in 2027. The Engineering Manager will support the Director of Engineering, oversee BMS programming, and lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel maintenance/engineering, strong leadership, and proficiency with MEP systems and CMMS. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, with a focus on safety and cross‑department

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel maintenance/engineering or similar facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Experience with work order/CMMS systems and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper functioning and programming of the Building Management System (BMS).
• Coordinate maintenance coverage and priorities across shifts.
• Review critical pending items daily (guest rooms, events, outlets, utilities).
• Prioritize corrective and preventive work orders and ensure quality closure.
• Coordinate technical support for events and outlet requirements.
• Supervise routine equipment rounds and inspections of machine rooms.
