Ford Motor Company in Mexico is seeking a Resolution-Focused Quality Engineer to lead rapid elimination of powertrain control and calibration issues. You will own end-to-end solutions, bridging Quality, Product Development, and Calibration teams, and drive field issue containment and prevention.

The role requires a proactive problem-solver with Powertrain/Diagnostics background and the ability to influence without direct authority to meet tight launch timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or equivalent).
• 3+ years in automotive engineering with focus on technical problem solving.
• Experience leading root cause investigations (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, Red X).

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end resolution of powertrain controls and calibration issues.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to define root causes and corrective actions.
• Influence engineering priorities and present data-backed cases for rapid action.
